Here are some questions I've been asked lately about Nerium. If you have other questions not listed here, PLEASE let me know!!
 
FAQ: What exactly is NeriumAD?

Preferred Customers will be signed up for auto-ship, meaning each month on the same date of each month, your credit card will be charged and your product will be shipped. This saves you money!! The cost for one bottle is only $80 (total of $97.00 with tax and shipping) for Preferred Customers. 

One bottle will last approximately one month per person.  

FAQ: How do I use Nerium?
Answer:
Using Nerium is as simple as can be! All you do is:
1. Wash your face with your normal cleanser (I've been using a Walgreens brand).
2. Leave your face a little damp.
3. Pump 4-5 times onto your finger.
4. Spread it all over your focus area (face, neck, hands, etc).
5. Leave it on all night, and then rinse it off with cold water in the morning. 
That's it!!!

       

FAQ: How many times a day will I use Nerium?
Answer: ONE!!!

FAQ:What does it look like? Feel like? Smell like?
Answer:

Feels a little sticky. Smells kinda like... nature. I don't know how else to describe it! Earthy seems to be a good word for it. If you have another word that you think describes it best, let me know!!

 
FAQ: What if it doesn't work for me?

FAQ: What other products can I use?
Answer: You will not need to use any other products. I have my face wash I use in the shower, and my Nerium for my night cream. That's it! I haven't used a zit cream, or a moisturizer, or anything since I started using Nerium! (Can you say "money saver??")

Fake Or Real?

Fake.
            Not real.
                             False.
                                         Not true.

Putting just about anything with one of these words or phrases brings about a pretty negative conotation doesn't it? 



First thing I thought of has to do with my new addiction to Coach purses. No thank you, I'd rather have a real one please!

Next, I thought about the hard times my sweet Princess has had for the last month or so. Watching a scary movie has led her to be deathly afraid of the sun going down...even though we repeatedly tell her that scary things are FAKE! *Any advice on how to deal with this little problem would be very much appreciated! 

Then I start thinking about other 'fake' things- fake feelings, fake money, fake friends, fake stories, fake sick, fake bake, fake id, fake laugh, fake girls, fake fur. And the more times I type the word, the more it looks like a made up (fake!) word!

Fake by definition (according to Google)is : a thing that is not genuine; a forgery or sham.

There are so many fake products out on the market. And it's hard to know the truth. 

The truth is, when it comes to any kind of product- what works for one person, may or may not work for another. And that's all there is to it. Think about a size of shoes. I wear size 8 most of the time, but not all brands fit the same way. Why would a cosmetic product be any different? Friends might recommend something that worked miracles for them, but then when you try it you are sorely disappointed to not get the same results. Sometimes you just need a little faith to take a chance, a jump, a risk to find out if something will work for YOU. 

I do know that for many people, the results of Nerium are REAL. I also know the company is REAL. The profits are REAL. 




But sometimes you have to actually find out for yourself, just to know the if it's fake or not.

Inside Out Beautiful

Saw this posted on Facebook today, and was inspired immediately for my daily Nerium blog post!

I wonder what I would look like if my inside became my outside. Isn't it a shame you can't see me from the inside? I would hope you would see the beautiful things I do to help others, the kind words I say to lift someone up, and the generous time I selflessly give. But what would it look like? Colorful? Flowery? Bright and cheery? Or soft, with pastels? Maybe more scenic- a sunset, mountains, or a beach? A field of sunflowers a mile long?

Here are more words of wisdom I found that I wanted to share with all my lovely followers out there!

 
 I read Matilda and James and the Giant Peach to my class each year, so this next quote might have to be my favorite!

 
Make it your goal not only to look for the beauty in others, but take time to notice just how beautiful YOU are.

And remember, no matter how hard you work for the perfect body, or how much you pay for your every 6 week hair appointment, or even how amazing Nerium works on your skin, none of it matters unless you are shining through from the inside. Make choices that will portray the beauty you have within, and become the most beautiful person you know. =)

Finding Big Truths in Simple Words

This year, my district adopted a new writing curriculum. Just like anything else new, it is taking some getting used to! But, there are some things that are really sticking out to me, and are applicable to way more than just writing, or even just to elementary eduction.

I was to ask my students to create 2 writing goals they have for themselves this school year, similar to making New Year's Resolutions. What do they want to do to be a better writer? What are their writing dreams?

This quote was in the first day's lesson and it really put things into perspective!! 

Can you count how many "dream come trues" you have had? 
Here's a list of mine!
1. Falling in love with the perfect man for me.
2. Creating and growing 2 perfect children
3. Having a job that I truly love.

But then....that's all...
So if I want to experience that "dream come true" I have gotta start dreaming more!

New dreams:
1. Home in the country
2. Trips with my family
3. Trips with just the King and I
4. No more financial worries
5. Money saved for rainy day fun
6. Money saved for kids' college
7. Money saved to help kids while in college!
8. Money saved for home repairs, unexpected expenses

Want to know what all of these dreams have in common?           
Unfortunately, they all require what I don't have much of: money.

BUT---and here's the big part---if I dream it, I can have it come true! I am going to keep on, keeping on with my Nerium business. Everyday I will put something out into this world of media, and day by sweet day, my dreams will start coming true.

It's a Family Thing Now!!

Don't you just love 3 day weekends? They sure don't come around very often, but when they do, we are sure to enjoy every minute of it!

The King and I packed up the kids, a few clothes, and most importantly, our swimsuits Friday afternoon and headed North to my parent's house for the weekend. We enjoyed some AWESOME pool time thanks to 2 wonderfully random 100+ degrees days- and my skin color got a little closer to the one I enjoy the most =). The Prince and Princess have grown so much over this summer. They were both able to play some pretty fierce and competitive volleyball. We had good food, good snuggles while watching Epic, and some really great chats.

My mother was quite interested in what was happening with Nerium! She and I had fun taking her before pictures, and getting up close and personal with her wrinkles! My dad and her plan to start using Nerium tonight, and I'll check back with her in 5 days to see the improvements in their skin. I had so much fun sharing this with her. I love that I am able to involve the people I love most with a product that is doing amazing things! And the best part- they both agreed to let me share their before and after pics in my blog! So be on the lookout!
 

Now we are getting ready to head to a Labor Day BBQ- I wonder who else I can share this love of Nerium with?!
